A whole host of tweaks

We have finally found some time to add a host of tweaks to the site that we've been wanting to do for ages. In no particular order, other than what I feel like putting first :)

If you don't have any ingredients in your bar yet and are on a cocktail page, the plus buttons pulse very slightly. If you then add your first ingredients a little modal pops up saying congrats, and giving you a bit more info
Added 'mocktail' to the filter words on results screen
On the MyBar, we've added some 'start here' and 'refine here' text prompts to help new users understand how to use the MyBar feature. This wont show once you've got more than 5 ingredients.
Cocktail ingredients now link to cocktails made with that ingredient, instead of the dedicated ingredient page. This is a much better user journey than before
If you are on a results page, we've added some sensible defaults for results based on ingredient. For instance, if you search for rum cocktails, you'll see dark and light rum cocktails. If you search for coffee, you'll be shown coffee and coffee liqueur. This just makes sense for users, as most of the time they are searching for the flavour of 'coffee' rather than actually 'coffee'.
A host of tweaks on the Christmas page since launching yesterday, with premium member upsells, better quick link box sizing at the top, fixed a heap of typos and a few other tiny UI and textual tweaks throughout the site for Christmas.
Added the footer popup bar for the Christmas page
Added some redirects for the 3 premium deep dive lists (fun, easy, favourite) so that if you come in to them from a list page it redirects you accordingly
