App moves to 3.14

We've just finished and launched 3.14 of our app. A couple of small display glitches with Ask Cocktail Colin / Chris, and some wording alterations for iOS users in the billing section, to better clarify the pricing and free trials.

We also took the opportunity to change our app icon to have a little Christmas hat on - it's the little things in life!
