Dashboards, bugs and sneak peaks

We've changed our account dashboard slightly (on the web) to remove recent comments and let the rest of the data breathe nicely.

We've also fixed a small bug in gift card purchasing and creator cocktail results, as well as laid the ground work for the Add a Recipe feature we're working on! Keep you eyes peeled!
