Multi devices allowed

We've made a backend change so that you can share your login / bar with friends. You're now allowed a maximum of 3 devices to be logged into a single account at one time - useful if you are sharing a bar and both want to see cocktails you can make. Or one of you with a recipe making a cocktail in-front of you, another looking for the next!!

Device administration is coming to the app in the next release
