Some UI enhancements

We've tweaked a heap of UI throughout the site, fixing all those little niggles such as spacing between sections to be more consistent, some tiny alignment issues and the like. A load of "papercuts" as they are called in the "biz".

We've also added a small upsell on the level up / blog posts pages for non-premium members. Its business 'aint it'.
