Top ten overviews and cocktail layout

To be honest we are pivoting left right and centre at the moment, and we've tweaked a whole host of things. We've changed the layout on cocktail pages to be a bit more streamlined for desktop users, if the background information is super long, see the Metropolitan cocktail for example.

However we also noticed a small bug in the top ten overviews that meant we were showing the wrong text for some instances of the cocktail. This is now fixed ... phew
